Staying Positive workshops take place on a Saturday or Sunday (If you need help with transport just let us know) and involve between 8-12 people.
  We have arranged the workshops around the things you said were important to you:
  • How medication can affect your social life.
  • How to make exercise fun.
  • How to keep up with school work and increase your career prospects.
  • What to do when you are fed up or feeling down.
  • Relationships - what are the problems you may face?
The last part of the workshop is an activity that has nothing to do with health, for example learning to play African drums or to take great photos!
